Captain of the Flying Eagles, Daniel Bameyi, has completed a transfer to Slovenian side ND Primorje Ajdovščina.
Bameyi signed a three-year deal with the club, making the move from Nigerian academy side Yum-Yum FC.
The 19-year-old defender spent the previous season on loan with Bayelsa United in the Nigeria Premier Football League.
The transfer was finalized before the close of the European summer window.
He is expected to link up with his new team after representing Nigeria at the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup, which takes place later this month in Chile.
Bameyi is known for his versatility, as he can operate both at right-back and in central defense.
