Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe has moved up to 6th place on the UEFA Champions League all-time top scorers list, tied with Bayern Munich legend Thomas Muller.
Mbappe now boasts 57 goals in the Champions League throughout his career.
This achievement came after the French star scored twice in Real Madrid’s 2-1 victory over Marseille on Tuesday at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Before the match against Marseille, Mbappe had 55 goals in the competition.
The 26-year-old trails only Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Robert Lewandowski, Karim Benzema, and Raul Gonzalez on the all-time scoring chart.
Ronaldo remains the leading scorer with 140 goals.
Following him are Messi (129), Lewandowski (105), Benzema (90), Raul (71), and then Mbappe and Muller, both with 57 goals.
