The Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) has appointed Gabonese official Pierre Ghislain Atcho as the center referee for the upcoming 2026 World Cup qualifier between Nigeria’s Super Eagles and South Africa’s Bafana Bafana.

Atcho will be joined by fellow Gabonese referees for the crucial fixture. Boris Marlaise Ditsoga will serve as assistant referee one, while Amos Abeigne Ndong takes up the role of assistant referee two.

Cregue Fleury Moukagni, also from Gabon, has been designated as the fourth official for the match.

Referee assessor duties have been assigned to Olivier Safari Kabene from the Democratic Republic of Congo, while Ugandan official Mike Letti will act as the match commissioner.

The match, part of the qualification series for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, is scheduled to take place at Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein next Tuesday.
