Irish fighter Conor McGregor has revealed the details of an incredible offer he received to participate in a highly anticipated UFC event, described as a ‘spectacle for the ages,’ set to take place at the White House.

The event is planned for the South Lawn of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

US President Donald Trump is determined to see the UFC fight happen in 2026.

Earlier this month, Dana White, the UFC CEO and a close friend of Trump, visited the White House to propose the idea of hosting a high-profile fight to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.

McGregor has since been tipped as the star to make his long-awaited return at this event.

The Irishman revealed that a staggering $100 million payout, along with 100 of Trump’s ‘gold card visas’—each granting lawful permanent residence in the US and valued at $1 million—convinced him to come out of his self-imposed retirement.

McGregor wrote on X: “$100million to fight at the White House along with 100 U.S ‘Golden Visas’ for myself and family and friends.

“I look very forward to entertaining the fighting world once again. A pleasure I never take for granted!”
