The opening round of group-stage matches in this season’s UEFA Champions League wrapped up on Thursday night.

Bayern Munich forward Harry Kane currently sits at the top of the scoring table, sharing the lead with Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappé.

The England skipper bagged a brace in Bayern’s midweek clash against Chelsea, taking his tally to two goals.

Mbappé, who captains the French national team, also scored twice as Real Madrid secured a win over Marseille.
