Ikorodu City have confirmed the acquisition of striker Balogun from Enyimba, the nine-time champions of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
Balogun has agreed to a one-year deal with the Lagos-based club.
The forward spent the last five seasons with Enyimba, also known as the People’s Elephant.
During his time in Aba, the 24-year-old made 105 appearances and netted 14 goals.
His addition is expected to bring valuable experience to Ikorodu City’s attacking lineup as they prepare for the rest of the campaign.
Up next, Ikorodu City are set to take on Barau FC in a matchday four fixture at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan this Sunday.
