Katsina United has officially secured the services of Elijah Akanni.
Akanni joins the Chanji Boys after his stint with Enyimba, a club that has claimed the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) title nine times.
He spent three seasons with the People’s Elephant during his time there.
His arrival at Katsina United is seen as a significant reinforcement for the team.
Bringing in a player with top-flight experience from a successful side like Enyimba is expected to add value to the squad.
