Liverpool are preparing a bid exceeding £130 million in their pursuit of Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak.
As reported by TBR Football, the reigning Premier League champions remain determined to land the 25-year-old forward.
The proposed offer from Liverpool is expected to surpass £130 million, potentially rising to £140 million with performance-related add-ons.
However, Newcastle have remained firm in their stance, insisting they won’t consider any offer below £150 million for the Swedish international.
Liverpool, on the other hand, are unwilling to meet that valuation.
Isak is reportedly eager to join the Merseyside club and has informed Newcastle of his desire to complete the move before the transfer window closes next week.
